All that for 325 calories!! It's all about the choices we make!

I LOVE nutella...but haven't touched it in years thinking its bad for you...whats the scoop? Is it better for you then peanut butter?
I use only 1 TBSP b/c that's enough for me. I think natural PB is better for you.. not sure but that's what I'd go with if I had to choose which was better for me.
Nutella on waffles, with pretzels, toast and even mini caramel rice cakes. It's just so good!

I think I will have scamble eggs and toast and diet jelly. Get off to a good protein breakfast.

Later: 3 egg white omelett w 2% cheese, onions sauted in natural grapeseed oil, a bit of lean ham, and some raw sweet yellow pepper. 1 slice Aunt Millies's Light Whole Grain toast (not nearly as good as Sara Lee's 45 cal wheat w/ honey)0 -

Don't use food as a reward! Treat yourself to something nice that costs about the same instead-new lip gloss, a copy of your favorite magazine, etc...it'll feel just as good!0
