    A banana, a cup o'coffee and 1-1/2 cup Cheerios w/ 1/2 cup of this wierd vanilla soy milk stuff me wife bought. Interesting, wierd,,, I don't usually use it but we're out of 2% cow juice.

    10:20 a.m. (busy morning! wow!)
    2 Whole Wheat/Wheat Germ Pancakes, with 1 T Naturally More Peanut Butter & 2 T Sugar Free Syrup. Pretty good and only 317 calories!
