    so far, 1/3 cup (uncooked) quick oats w/ blueberries = 140 cals.
    then I'll have a small pita w/ cottage cheese, or some chicken apple sausage...totaling ~300-350 cals. :tongue:

    this is my stick with me breakfast for when i cant eat lunch on time..it holds me over :) Plus its a grab and go if u make the night before!

    1 fiber one english muffin toasted
    2 turkey bacon
    1/4 c egg whites scrambled
    1 slice kraft 2% cheese

    about 300 cals, cant remeber exact amount, its a saved meal for me :)

    I like to do a breakfast burrito with 96% fat free mission tortialls plus, on the border salsa, kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese, egg beaters, and turkey bacon(3 slices).

    And I did 63 minutes of cardio on the elliptical before I ate... (over 1000 calories burned!) :wink:
