so far, 1/3 cup (uncooked) quick oats w/ blueberries = 140 cals.
then I'll have a small pita w/ cottage cheese, or some chicken apple sausage...totaling ~300-350 cals.0 -

I always workout first, before I eat, burning off all my carbs from yesterday....that was a tip recently given to me by my friend Richard Simmons on twitter! :laugh:
7:00 a.m 3 egg whites with mushrooms, onions, red peppers and broccoli, glass of skim choc. milk
10:00am bowl of strawberries and raspberries with a half whole grain eng muffin with 1 tsp cream cheese
now i'm thinking about lunch. :happy:0 -

I had a wonderful wholewheat blueberry lemon oatmeal breakfast muffin around 7 a.m. and then 1/2 c. frozen blueberries with 3 oz. dannon blueberry yogurt between 9 and 10.0

I had an awesome breakfast today, higher in calories but they were all good:
2 slices wheat bread, one with 1tbs of almond butter and 1/2 sliced apple on top + cinnamon, the other with 1tbs natural pb + few banana slices, and a scoop of chocolate malt protein powder in a cup of cold coffee.
On most days my breakfasts consists of oatmeal + choco protein + pb mixed together
yay protein.0
