    coffee w/ sugar free creamer, 1/2 oat bran pita, 1 T Peanut Butter, 1 T flaxseed & 1/2 sliced banana

    I tend to skip my normal snacks due to the busy weekend, but that gives me extra calories for dinner or a drink! :bigsmile:

    mmm everything sound delicious!

    I had:
    1/2 c of oatmeal with a 1/2 tps of brown sugar to top it off
    1/2 c of light soy milk
    1 Arnold sandwich thin with 1/2 tbs of organic pb and 1 1/2 tsp of honey on it

    I had a lousy breakfast lol, i just had some grapes, meant to eat more but i woke up a little later so by the time i was done working out, it was time for my morning snack and had a protein shake

    I have been craving a grilled cheese soooo 2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie wheat bread and 2 slices Borden 2% milk singles. Yummy ! Cindy :heart:

    2 large scrambled eggs with a slice of 2% kraft cheese mixed in, and a slice of 7 grain toast with concord grape fruit spread on it. 343 calories, 26g carbs, and 18g fat. Not too bad. (:

  • 2 eggs fried in I can't believe it's not butter, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with butter, and 1 cup of 1% milk. To my surprise, this was 520 calories all together. I never consume this much at breakfast usually, however, I go under my calories every day so maybe that's why.

    Yummy. I believe it was about 410 calories, I am shoot for a 2000 calorie day. Have a great day.

    I don't do well with regular breakfast foods so I usually just have a sandwich and coffee. I had 2 slices of whole wheat with provalone, honey ham, and roma tomato...Yummy 375 cal.

    :happy: I had 1 packet of Quaker Instant Oatmeal Lower Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar ( 120 calories)
    1 banana ( 90 calories )
    1 handful of dry roasted salted cashews ( 70 calories )

    280 calories....

    probably should have had more though cause I worked out for an hour this morning :wink:

    I LOVE nutella...but haven't touched it in years thinking its bad for you...whats the scoop? Is it better for you then peanut butter?
