    I don't do well with regular breakfast foods so I usually just have a sandwich and coffee. I had 2 slices of whole wheat with provalone, honey ham, and roma tomato...Yummy 375 cal.

    1 banana ( 90 calories )
    1 handful of dry roasted salted cashews ( 70 calories )

    280 calories....

    probably should have had more though cause I worked out for an hour this morning :wink:

    1/2 tomato, sliced

    All that for 325 calories!! It's all about the choices we make!

    Water w/ fresh lemon - lots of it - to wash down this handful of vitamins & supplements! :wink:

    It's not bad for you... I don't think :huh:
    I use only 1 TBSP b/c that's enough for me. I think natural PB is better for you.. not sure but that's what I'd go with if I had to choose which was better for me.

    Nutella on waffles, with pretzels, toast and even mini caramel rice cakes. It's just so good!
