  • it's different for everyone, the first day I experienced extreme soreness, so I had to take a day off.   • i am 5.4 in a size 14 right now, but was at a size 16 two months ago and weighed 213 pounds.
  • I weigh myself daily so I can keep myself grounded, that way if I gain a pound I work twice as hard to get it off! and I find when I see subtle changes, I'm much happier... and when I don't step on the scale I'm always wondering what I weigh that day. It encourages me to keep going!

  • you can always try doing a fruit cleanse... I've never personally tried doing that.. my sister does it once a month.. but I've notice that she breaks out with acne when she does it, and gets crabby, so it's probably not the greatest thing to do.
