  • I am in for keeping this going in June. I am doing suspension training (TRX) and that works the core as well, so why not keep a good thing going. I am curious if three 1 minute planks are better than one 2 minute planks? I have always worked off of the concept of sets and reps, so I am thinking of trying to move to 1 set…

  • 2 min... at 1:50 I want to quit so bad, but I held out for 10 sec more... I use a countdown timer and set it to 2 min, I like the idea of having the countdown as opposed to the count up of a stopwatch... makes it more goal oriented to me...
