Yes I have it, I was diagnosed when I was 17. It makes life difficult in all aspects, not just weight. I hate it and wish there was a cure for it.

Agreed. I don't take calorie counting too seriously. I use it as a guideline. I found early on that denying my desire for something makes me over eat. Telling myself that I'm fat and ugly isn't going to make my craving for oreo cookies go away. Forcing myself to eat an apple instead isn't going to make it go away. So, I…

Me.. sometimes when I'm bored and not hungry, I get a spoonful right out of the container. it's yummy. but it's really good with pineapple or peaches.

Breakfast is my hardest too. I don't like most breakfast foods. Sometimes I eat leftover dinner for breakfast.. Lol I haven't had anything to eat yet this morning and my stomach's growling but nothing looks appetizing!

they have no nutritional difference than a white or brown egg UNLESS~~~~~~~~ you get them organic. in which case, they could possibly have less antibiotic and hormone in them.

Right now in the winter time I am sedentary cause it's cold outside but during spring summer most of my free time is spent outdoors doing yardwork. :) And I'm about to start building a chicken coop for chickens. YAY CHICKENS.

OK for example yesterday I worked 1pm to 10pm. From 5pm to 6pm I am sitting cause it's my lunch hour. the rest of the time I am standing but not necessarily walking, but constantly moving whether I'm unloading, printing labels, cleaning, etc. So even though I ate 2100 calories (according to my food diary, give or take) I…

well I put lightly active at first and it told me I needed to eat like 2200 calories. so I put sedentary instead and now it tells me to eat 1800 calories.
