bump. thanks!0

if thats right im not obese anymore im overweight whoop whoop0

Seems pretty accurate. It gave me 20.5% and my caliper measurements tell me 20.04%
The scales are horrible. I have one and I just use it as a regular scale now. The bf % it gives will fluctuate too much just from minute to minute, based on hydration, etc.0 -

Thanks for sharing. Now we have at least 3 sources from this Post.
i did all 3 of those and mine were all very very similar. 27 - 27.94 % bf%0 -
Is it weird that it doesn't ask for your height? I would think that would be a big variable.0
-
Hm - mine was:
Your Results
You have 25.4% body fat.
You have 47.2 Pounds of fat and 138.8 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
Which I don't know is good or bad, first time I've ever done anything like that site0 -
Honestly, it seems that guessing based on pictures is more accurate than any of those tape measurement sites.
http://www.leighpeele.com/body-fat-pictures-and-percentages
Personally, I think I'm more the 35% picture, maybe even 40%0 -
Well, it's closer than some I've seen. It says I have 27.5% BF and unlike some of the online tests, it at least recognizes that I have a large frame.
Edit to add ... Livestrong says 37.6%. No IDEA why such a huge difference & which is correct, but I'd guess it is somewhere in between the two, but closer to Livestrong's.0 -

I'm not at 14% body fat.
That first link is way off on mine.
Same percentage doesn't always look the same in a mirror, though. I'll stick with my mirror.

You have 10.4% body fat.
You have ### Pounds of fat and #### Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
LMAO Not even close0 -
http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html
You have 22.5% body fat.
You have 25 Pounds of fat and 86 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).

Body fat percentage: 29.60
http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html
Body Mass Index: 20.7 kg/m2
Waist-to-Height ratio: 0.49
Percent Body Fat: 29.4%
Lean Body Mass: 78.3 lb
2 out of 3 came up with 29 for me.0 -
That's telling me I have 29% body fat. Everything else has me in the high 30s. I don't believe it.
I have a scale that provides a bf reading, and per the readings it provides, I vary between 37% to 39%. This website showed I was 29%, and I am sure that is not accurate. I had 29% BF when I weighed about 30 pounds less than I do now, and I was much younger too.0 -
Livestrong and Healthcentral are both wrong for me.
Healthcentral thinks I am at 25% body fat and Livestrong thinks im at 47%!
I know that there is no way that I am either. The plain ol BMI chart which is 37% is probably more accurate for me.0 -
19.4% :DD
Livestrong has me at 20.49%, so it seems close enough for me :c0 -
scientificphysco says 19.8
health centrals says 16.8
live strong says 19.8
Soooooo....... go with the highest thanks for the links~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
As usual, websites and tape measures fail when trying to measure BF%.
Get a Bod-Pod done if you want to know the truth.
^Yup^0 -
Bump to check when I get home!0
-
You have 21.2% body fat.
You have 55.1 Pounds of fat and 204.9 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
this does seem kind of accurate.. but I don't have anything to compare it to0
