Any idea what the nutritional value of green (or Araucana) eggs is? I can't find it anywhere!

    they are the same as white or brown eggs, just a different shell colour. Doesn't change the contents... if they are smaller pick a size that matches IE don't pick a large egg if it's a small.

    they have no nutritional difference than a white or brown egg UNLESS~~~~~~~~ you get them organic. in which case, they could possibly have less antibiotic and hormone in them.
