Anything sugar. Cookies, cake, pie, ice cream. But that is my battle year round.

I'm not one to really give advice seeing as I can't put down a damn bowl of ice cream (ugh). But I've only been about 10 pounds away from my goal. I'm 5'4" and 140. Want to get to 130. My question for you would be more what ARE you eatin to make your cals? Is it clean foods? etc. Good luck!

I'm planning to start this Monday. I've been researching her meal plan because I think that is the hardest part to stick too so I want to make sure I have everything I need.
-
I also think you look great. Not too thin. Great work.

My mom just hit her one year anniversary with WW and has lost 59 pounds. She was sad because she is 1 pound away from goal. But she now weighs 151 pounds. I can tell you I don't think I have ever seen her at 150 pounds. I am so proud of her. She loves the program.

Maybe 115. I don't remember. I cared less about my weight at that time.

I'm 5'4 and want to be 130. Currently 138 (was 135 but gained a few pounds while on vacation). I've always had a muscular shape and the last time I was in the 120 range I was probably in high school. Once I hit 130 I may reasses and see if I can get lower. Who knows?

I did 30 Day Shred level 2 and my abs are killing me.

Well, I've been at it for 7 1/2 weeks and am down between a4 and 5 pounds depending on the day. I just really want to keep my metabolism up and not go into starvation mode. Plus, If I can eat more that'd be great. :)

Because everything I'm reading says I should eat back my exercise calories. And I don't want to eat a 400 calories meal at 10 at night. And without eating my exercise calories I' netting about 1000 with my goal being 1420.
-
and profit meaning exercise calories?
-
When you say don't eat below your BMR does that mean after exercise? Because I rarely eat back my exercise calories so by the end of the day i have a few hundred cals left.
-
I'm 5'4" and currently 135. I started at 140. About one month in I decided to increase my calories and I'm now at 1420. (I used the www.fat2fitradio.com tools to figure out my BMR). I'm eating my 1400 but don't always eat back my exercise cals. I'm set to 1/2 pound a week and sedentary since I have a desk job (even though…

Daily. Since being on this program I look forward to getting up in the morning to weigh myself.

I also have the Eat Smart precision scale from amazon and I love it. So accurate and a great price. http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Precision-Digital-Bathroom-Technology/dp/B001KXZ808/ref=sr_1_1?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1332899017&sr=1-1

Check the battery. I'm researching them and have seen lots of people say that you need to change the battery if you start getting funny readings.

Great job. I gave up soda for lent. I miss a good cold Coke Zero but I'm drinking a lot more water then I ever did.
-
I upped mine from 1200 to 1420 and things are going great. I feel much more satisfied and I'm not afraid of going over. Great work.

I'm planning to get back in the gym. I went 5 days the week before but I guess I was more surprised that I lost weight faster without the exercise. I definitely don't want to be skinny fat. I want to have nice muscles. Thanks!

The weight did not just fall off me when I was nursing. If you've lost 2-3 pounds in 4 weeks, that's awesome. That means if you continue what your doing you could be down 6-9 pounds in 12 weeks. I'd be happy with that. Especially since you want to keep your milk suppply up too.

I drive about 10 minutes.

1. You are excercising way too much. How long will you be able to sustain that before you say "forget this" and stop all together. 2. What are you eating? That says a lot too.

That dress is gorgeous and so are you. Great work!
