I'm ready to get started again. I always do better with encouragement, so I joined a team at work and we are helping one another reach our goals. This is day 3 and I'm walking more steps and trying to manage my meals. Hope this works!

It is hard but It can be done. I have lost 70 pounds without surgery. I had considered it, but it scared me more then being overweight. Besides, I have never had any type of surgery and was not about to start. I just changed the way I ate. I had alot of encouragement so feel free to add me and I will see if I can help.

I am participating in a weight loss challenge at my gym and am very motivated. I do exercise as well which is really helping. Please friend me and I will try to support.

I was able to lose 30 lbs. over three months but I did start to exercise because it became more difficult to see a loss. Once I was able to motivate…
