  • I fix this all this time!! Sprinkle fish with lemon pepper seasonings, slice a lemon into circles, put on top of each fish filet., make a pouch from aluminum foil, close up foil, bake at 350 ....it is soooooo good!!!

  • I am still uncomfortable in my own skin out in public...but i do the zumba on wii and for 45 minutes I usually burn 500-600 calories per my HRM...I love it!! I think once I get to a comfortable weight, I might actually go to a class!!

  • I have to have blood test done every 6 months. I had half of my thyroid removed due to cysts in 2001. So far so good cause I do not have to take meds.. but it is very important to have blood work done to check.
