Hey guys!

Deciding what to have for lunch always stumps me!
I always end up have sandwiches, everyday!
I need something different, and something tasty! Anyone got any ideas? I've tried salads but they can be quite boring :(

Salads can be boring, but not if you put different stuff in them! I like to put dried cranberries, apples, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, feta cheese, blueberries, strawberries, grilled chicken, etc. in mine. Just get creative with them! I don't know if you're just talking about lunch in general, or lunches for work but here's some ideas from my diary you could mix & match to make a decent meal. String cheese, yogurt, oranges, bananas, apples, lettuce wraps (my favorite!), grapes, carrots and hummus, celery and peanut butter, protein bar (for those busy days!), pita chips, canned tuna/tuna salad, etc. are some things I take to work. When I'm at home, I usually cook some sort of stir fry with lots of veggies and chicken, make a burrito with sliced peppers and grilled chicken! :) The ideas are endless, but I get a lot of my ideas from Pinterest. I hope this helps :)

Here are some things I bring for lunch:

leftovers from dinner the night before

low carb/high fiber wraps with either hummus and veggies or laughing cow cheese, veggies and maybe some kind of meat

    hard boiled eggs

    veggies and hummus

fruit (apples, plums, bananas, peaches, oranges, or anything really)

berries with some Greek yogurt with a bit of honey

I bring my lunch to work pretty much everyday. Feel free to check my diary as well for other ideas.

    Thanks guys!
I'll take a look at your diaries! I've never thought about putting fruit into a salad, that might be interesting!

I'm thinking about wraps, just often the wrap it's self can be high calories!

Leftovers are good - often curry with rice or pasta dishes. I have about 2 salads a week for lunches too with cold meat/chicken thrown in or on the side. I quite like to have a cuppa soup with toast too.

Today I had rotissire chicken (spelling not correct) from Stater Bros. added that to my salad with some avacado and it was pretty darn good. AND cost effective. Cant beat that ;)

i love the tuna to go meals...you can added what is in the package..(tuna, mayo, and sweet relish) or add and subtract what you like or don't like...I like using mustard instead of mayo...

grilled/boiled chicken cut into slices on a wrap with a little bit of ranch and lots of hot sauce...and a sprinkle of cheese..

santa fe type salads...lettuce, grilled corn, onions, chopped chicken (grilled or boiled)..with a little bit of dressing

chicken broth with rice and chicken with a squeeze of lemon juice...kinda like a greek soup I have had..LOVE it!!

and of course, like everyone else, leftovers..but i usually don't make that much food to have that much of leftovers...

That is some of the typical lunches I have..like you though.. i NEED a variety to keep me going!
