Single Serving Chocolate Brownies
I found this recipe on Spark People and tried it today...YUM YUM!!!
1 Tbsp whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp sugar (do NOT substitute)
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
a pinch of baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 Tbsp low fat vanilla yogurt (add a bit more if needed to blend the mixture)
Directions:
Mix it all up, pop it in microwave, just over a minute for spongy texture or 35 seconds for more cake like texture (the way I like it).
I mixed in all in a little bowl and cooked in right in the bowl.

My problem with "single size" treats is that I will want to eat about five! Best to avoid it altogether.
It does sound yummy though!0 -

I tried it this morning and liked it. Though I had to change it a bit since we don't keep lowfat- or vanilla- yogurt at home... So I used turkish yogurt and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar in stead.
...
Then I kinda made it again just now with an even more changed recipie... 2 Tbsp of sugar, half a Tbsp of vanilla sugar, 1 Tbsp of turkish yogurt... And 10 grams of milk chocolate... The rest is the same.
Omg it was so good. I'm totally gonna make it whenever I get a chocolate cake craving...
Though 331 kcal is a bit much... -_-;
But it's still less than most of my cake recipies! So whatever.0 -
Ooh worth a try. Thanks0

Probably. Maybe add a drop of vanilla extract? Or a drop of mint extract for choc-mint brownies, or a drop of orange for jaffa brownies.0

Sounds awesome! Gonna try with the applesauce.0

Totally just made one, and ate it. It was amazing! I didn't have cocoa powder though, so I used a hot chocolate kcup. It still turned out amazing.0

Wish I had seen this before I made the 1 minute brownie recipe I saw on Pinterest! After I added it all up (and had already eaten the entire cup of deliciousness) it came out to be a whopping 495 cals!!!!! :00
