Very cool, I use one now that I must push the button which I feel distracts me from my workout especially when I am trying to BRING IT, I am looking into the rebok HRM with strap. Good luck with yours, I bet you will enjoy it. -Chris

Very well put Dave, I would like to suggest Fruits and Veggies. I have found that the different melons help reduce my cravings for sweets, also some meal replacements can taste a whole heck of alot like a shake if you can spruce it up with some fresh/frozen fruit. The brand I use actually shows the dry nutrients which I believe would indicate the nutrients calculated for nutrition intake. It is Heartland 100% whole wheat. If that makes sense. I would also like to see what other people have to say though. -Chris

Some really great suggestions, Depending on your fitness level I would like to suggest that you probably don't want to do back to back workouts on the same body part and be sure to mix it up. I am really enjoying the results I got with P90x but that is more about working many areas of your body not just arms. Good luck.…
