I put on a pair of trousers yesterday that fit me fine about 7 months ago. They were huge on me and i had to buy a new pair of jeans on the way to work :)

What about with the kids? i'm sure they play whilst you are looking after them so why not join in? Play soccer, catch have a water fight and run around with them. It's a great way to get a work out in and i'm sure both you and the kids will enjoy it :smile:

real Strawberries hands down. But if its a choice between strawberry flavoured things vs Chocolate it has to be Chocolate!

I usually look at the nutritional value on the website. If i know how many cals etc i have to play with i will make my decision and generally stick to it. Their website is pretty good. I particularly like the sweet chilli noodles but if if having a few drinks i go for something like Gammon egg and chips which is about 780…

I'd be interested in what you find out here as I have had the same issue. I'm also not hungry but I definitely don't want to under eat.

best way to tell if they are cooked is to open one slightly, if it is pink it's not cooked.

My long weekend extended longer than anticipated so had 4 rest days instead of 2 :s i'm thinking of doing morning and evening sessions for the rest of this week to make up for it and so i dont feel so guilty

Or... which I have just done - Buy a small cheap/light set of kitchen scales for any weekend trips or travelling so you can weigh snacks.... :ohwell:

So weigh day today and I have stayed the same this week. I'm not disheartened though as my clothes fit better and I feel healthier. I will be taking inch measurements every 2 weeks. I am having rest days today and tomorrow as I'm away so back on it on Sunday before a little superbowl indulgence :s Have a great weekend…

L1D4 complete and yey today was the first day i didn't wake up aching :)

L1D3 complete and already feeling healthier/better. Used heavier weights tonight which was a killer but feeling better for it afterward :-)
