Thaks for the response...FitTV is actually on Cox as well. I am quite familiar with it. I've done almost all of the workouts thewy have onh there. I like it but wish they would offer some new programs...they repeat a lot of them. But I do appreciate your input. :)

I love them!! Especially with whole wheat english muffin and reduced fat cheese, so yummy. I generally get the all whites one but have had both and like both. Omelets are awesome with them. I like a southwestern type omelet with low fat mexican cheese blend, salsa and hot sauce. OOOHHH....I'm making myself hungry. :smile:

Also, when you input all your info it automatically accounts for your calorie defecit. So you're not eating back all the calories you burn.
