I always make a hash out of a potato, half a white onion, a couple mushrooms, a carrot and salt & pepper. I have the most intense chocolate cravings....ALL DAY. Its so hard for me to resist a chocolate cookie or a brownie. Luckily, Fiber One makes a 90 calorie brownie and mannnn are they good. They usually help me curve my cravings. You can find em by the granola bars at the market :)

Poke some holes in the squash with a knife, and roast it in the oven on 350 for an hour. Let it cool and scrape the insides out with a fork. Sautee some garlic and parsley in a large pan and add the squash "noodles". Toss with a little olive oil and parmesan cheese. This is how I always prepare it, and its delicious :)

I was on the pill for two years and it didn't affect my weight at all, but as soon as I stopped taking it, I gained almost ten pounds. I don't really know why, I always just blamed it on hormones but I don't really know.

I was always thin growing up. After moving 1300 miles away from all of my friends and family, I found it hard to get off the couch. Im no longer out shopping, or doing whatever it was that kept me busy. I now spend my free time wayching tv. Needless to say, ive gained due to inactivity and stress eating.

Try substituting some of the meat that you use to cook with, with vegetarian alternates. Morningstar farms is a good one, they make veggie burgers, bacon, sausage, "chicken" patties, and more. & you can get them at the grocery store in the freezer section.
