One normal walk with my puppy gets me around 5000, then his wee walk adds another 2500. Just doing "stuff" usually gets me upto and beyond 10k. The only problem is if someone else walks him! If that happens I walk/jog in place watching TV.

This is my actual job, picking shopping for on-line customers. I work 4 hour shifts and never thought to log it! Yes, it's moving and if the alternative is sitting on the couch then shopping is better, but I certainly wouldn't class it as exercise.

Thanks^^ I swim 32 lengths in just under 30 mins. I mix it up 2x front crawl, 2 breast stroke, 2 back-crawl. I use a float for front crawl quite often as I was told it was good for a flat stomach! I mix this up with tennis twice a week and running twice a week

Are lengths and laps the same thing? x
