I know, it seems cyclical. Try drinking a big glass of water then walking. Then have a small square of dark chocolate??

I'm in San Diego. I found my workout buddy at the gym, just like the other post said! We took the same kickboxing class for a year and eventually became workout buddies; for 3 years now. It really helps to have one, you motivate each other when you don't feel like exercising.

Don't be bitter! Just have some and add in an extra long walk or bike ride that day! This way of living (calories in - calories out) Is so easy (thanks to this website) and logical! You really never need to deprive yourself.

Have what you want, just be sure add enough exercise to burn off the calories!
