BBQ Nutrition

Ok here is my dilema. I am working out each day, only about 10 lbs from my goal weight but I have dinner at a BBQ place in KC tomorrow. I am trying to figure out what to eat other than the typical turkey with BBQ sauce on it. Is there anything else that may be healthy there and still be able to enjoy the full effects of good BBQ?

    Turkey and BBQ sauce sounds like the HEALTHY choice to me...as oppossed to ribs or sausage.

    Try the shredded pork or chicken BBQ...ask for the sauce on the side....

    Have what you want, just be sure add enough exercise to burn off the calories!
  • Here's my take on this whole "diet" thing. If you are doing the right thing day in, and day out, one trip to a restaurant will not add up to a whole lot. Enjoy the meal and be guilt free. If you want, work out in the morning, and then again later in the day to help move past it.
