  • I am insulin resistant too...I try to keep mine at 125 each day..It really hasn't been a problem..You just have to make smart food choices...Takes me a little longer in the grocery store since I have to read all of the labels.

  • My dietitian recommended 125 carbs a day for me. You have way too few..Healthy carbs are good because the sugar that you get from them is what fuels your body.. ( I learned that last night at my insulin class...lol).

  • I noticed that you are eating alot of carbs. I am insulin resistant and have to keep mine around 125. (this depends on your weight). I would try cutting back on them. Feel free to check my diary.
