Yes. You see a significant difference in the belly, arms and even in your face. Great Job!!! If 10 lbs can do that, imagine what 20 would look like.

Maybe taking a b12 vitamin will help with enery. Also, even if you cant do lots of exercise right now, watching what you eat will help a lot and make you feel good about yourself. Even short walks and stretching is a great start! Wish you the best of luck!

All the personal trainers at my gym use them before they have ppl work out. It gives a londer range of stretch it seems and I know from class that compression on the muscle (from the pressure of you rolling along the rollers) helps prevent strains. That's all I know. Google it. :happy:
