make sure you drink a lot of water and watch your sodium i can go up like 5 lbs or so by just eating something that is really salty.

thanks sometimes i just need people that know what its like having to lose a lot of weight not just 20-40 pounds. I want people that know what its like being bigger on my friends list. like having fat rolls and not being able to find clothes that fit and things like that.

if you are going to be doing toning then you will still burn fat and lose weight so i would say that she is right in telling you that. i doesnt mean that you should become less active or anything like that. most people when they get that close to their goal weight they start to tone and still see a weight loss. plus maybe…

I dont know where you live but the special k cracker chips are really good. you can eat 27 chips for 110 calories the sodium is a little high but that is anything water wont fix.

if you can up your workout time. you dont have to burn it all in 30 minutes i worry more about reaching my weekly goal that way i know that i have lost what they have recommended sometimes i have almost an hour a day and sometimes i dont but i do exceed my weekly calories burnt and i am still losing.

i dont know but as i was looking through the box i found a customer service number and called it the lady said that they have to put it in with every stamina product that they make so i guess i am safe she told me that it was 100% safe and stuff so i kinda feel a little less worried about it now.

watch the sodium way over. stay away from the chinese food unless it is a spurge day. try to eat more fruits and veggies. watch your carbs too.
