Hey guys! I started using MFP in August 2011 when I set out to finish up the weight loss I had started. My highest weight was in June 2009, at 297. I, like a lot of you guys, am of bigger build and hide the weight well. Last August, I weighed 267 when I started, and have been steadily working hard, with a few bumps along the way. Today, I'm at 211. My personal goal is 199, but I'm pretty sure that will move down when I get there. I weighed 203 when I got pregnant with my daughter over ten years ago, so hitting that milestone is a big deal.
The top picture is probably my heaviest or close, the middle one is of me right before I started trying to lose weight, and the bottom one was taken last week. At 211, I'm in a size 16 women's (and at 260, I was in an 18/20, go figure). My doc set my ideal weight at 170... not sure if I want to go that low, as I weighed (very briefly) 160-165 for a time, and I looked very ill... I was wearing a size 30 inch waist pants. I'm trying not to pay much attention to the sizes at all... I just want to look and feel better, which is working out quite nicely.
