Like quirkytizzy, I don't really have "binge" days, but there are days that I usually eat over on: I'm always conscious of my intake during the week (Monday - Friday), and then Saturday and Sunday become days I pig out. I gain anywhere from .5-2 lbs; it depends, but it's mostly water-retention (I usually only over-eat the first day, then the cravings are gone). It comes off a few days afterwards. Don't worry about it! :)
