ladies at 5'8 what is your ideal weight target?

CW: 133.8 is lowest recorded (but of course fluctuates throughout the month!)
At this point I'm not so concerned with the number on the scale as with how I look & feel. If you asked me when i was 162 and just starting if my goal was 135, I would have said no, that's likely too low, and I haven't been that weight in nearly 20 years. But lo and behold, here I am, 133-135 most of the time lately, and wearing a size 4 in jeans.
I don't really have a goal weight now, but do still have some fat to lose - tummy, butt and thighs are the last to go - and I am still seeing improvements, especially when measuring rather than going by the scale. So I'm working on shape, firmness, and body fat percentage rather than a goal weight now.0 -
I'm 5'8" and my goal is between 140-150, depending on where I think my body's happy weight is.0

I am 5' 8.5" and my goal weight is 140..... I cannot remember when I was there before its been so long.. if I got to 150 and looking fit, then I would stop there.....
Its more about how I look and not about what the scale says!!
Me too! I looked good at 140lbs (5'8'') but wasn't doing as much exercise back then. I suspect with running and lifting weights I will look even better at a higher weight!0 -

I am 5'8" and I am currently 130lb. My goal is to get to 126lb so I am very close! As I'm reaching nearer to my goal weight, my aim is changing to tone up and lower my body fat %. When I last measured it (weighing 134lb) I was 22.9% but I would love to get down to around 19%. However I don't want to get any lower than 126lb really. To lower body fat does your body *have* to lose lb weight?0

Probably between 150-155 is my happy point. I felt like I didn't need to really do much to maintain.0

I'm 5'9, and my "healthy weight range" is like 125-170. But I have a slightly stockier build than most girls and think that range will make me look too thin, so for right now my goal is 185. When i hit that if I feel like losing the extra pounds will look better I'm going to aim for about 165.
But I've still got 81 pounds to go to reach my first goal.1 -
Mine is 63 kilos (138.89). I'm now 65,7 (144,84 pounds) and I feel good but my problem area are muffin tops that are still here.0

I'm 5'9 and currently at 176lbs. My ultimate goal is 140lbs. I'm not 100% sure though since I've never been below 175lbs. So the closer I get the more I'll figure out where I feel comfortable the most.1

I lost my cycle for almost a year when I dipped below 120. Right now I am 146 and am working to get back down to 125, which is the lowest I can go and still be "healthy" in that I don't lose my cycle or put my bone density at risk.0

I'm just a tad under 5'8 and my goal is 170. I haven't been under 250 since I was 21. I've lost a ton of weight and I'm a size 12 at 190. I never thought I'd be under a size 16 again, so even at this weight, I'm thrilled. Still, I'd be ecstatic if I could get to 150, but that seems unrealistic to me.3

I am 5'8 and currently 156, down from 186...my goal is 145-150. I am bigger framed and am told anything below 145 is an unhealthy look for me. I also think it depends hugely on how tone you would like to be as well, thin vs tone/healthy are not always the same thing.0

I am 5´9´´ and 24 years old. At the moment i have achieved my goal of 142 but would mind to go down to 138, if that means lose a bit of my inner thigs or if they go with my workout routines i wont mind my weight at all as long as i look healthy and hot!lol0

I'm 5'7.5 currently post winter podgy at 148 and feel pretty bad. I begin to feel comfortable at 135. I'd be interested in going <135 but a slow cut so preserving muscle to see how it feels (in the past when I've been this light I've cut calories too much or been ill so it hasn't been a great feeling even if in my opinion i look better. I'm in for the long haul.0
