Just for today: 1) I will eat healthy and stay under my calorie allotment. 2) I will get up from my desk and walk around to up my step count since I can't go to the gym today 3) I will be happy and pleasant to those I encounter in my day.

You can do this!!! It does take a little while to get used to recording what you eat, but make yourself do it! It makes you accountable and will make you think twice before you put something fattening into your body because you'll have to record it later. Good luck and I'll do my best to help motivate you! Crown (or any Canadian Blend, like Seagrams 7, etc) and diet Mt. Dew. My fav and it's only 64 calories per drink.

"Tailgating" is the practice of football fans (and other sports fans too) gathering outside of the stadium before the game to eat and drink with fellow fans. It typically happens around or outside of the back park of the vehicle, hence the name "tailgating". It's basically a party before the game. Lots of fun!
