In the past year and half I have lost over 135lbs. I have been maintaining that weight loss for about 5 months now. I noticed that I havn't been eating as well as I was and I have my first Full marathon in December. So I decided to join this site to try and get back to eating great food so when I do my Marathon I will be in the best shape of my life!

Wow! That's incredible!!! So how did you do it??? And how do you stay motivated? I seem to do well for about a month or so, then I slip up and have the hardest time getting back on track. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Congrats on your success!:happy:0
