Down .4 pounds for the week. Better than nothing! Being careful of choices and portion size even with holiday goodies and trying to increase the excercising has helped so much.

Oops. Late reporting in. Down 1.6 pounds last week for an 8.8 Christmas challenge total. Lost 1 pound over the holiday. Unbelievable. I could not have done it without having to be accountable for what I ate to myself and MFP! On to another week!

Lost 2.4 poinds this week. I spent loads of time on my feet at work. No doubt that helped! The weight where my body likes to plateau is coming up fast. Any ideas how to shake up my routine to move past it? Also, I am going on holiday to visit my family. Danger zone! Good luck to all. Keep at it!

Down 1.4 pounds this week. Down 4 pounds since the challenge began! Slowly but surely, my fellow travelers. I will add weights to my workout this week.
