Good morning guys I had one of those mornings where I felt lighter so I got up and weighed in and I wanted to wait til tomm to report my monthly weight for the start of April so I sure hope I don't sabotage my efforts. Things are looking up I am going to still wait til Monday to report my weight here Denise I am not trying to confuse you especially with all that you do!!!:bigsmile:

THIS WEEK I CHALLENGE YOU TO DRINK 1 CUP OF MILK A DAY...WHATEVER KIND YOU LIKE - SKIM, 1%, 2%, WHOLE, CHOCOLATE, STRAWBERRY, SOY, ALMOND????
Denise, I LOVE milk! This is a great challenge. Had my milk last night with my protein after a vigorous bootcamp. Walking 2 miles today hopefully beating my time of 36 minutes (had my 11 yo dog with me and she struggled a little to keep up). Have done okay this week. Focusing on less sugar next week.
Oh! Also, since I failed at my own challenge I've been doing it this week, jumping jacks = 100, push-ups = 70, sit-ups = 70. Still not sure I'll make that 300 mark, but really trying. Need to add some muscle to these arms!

charmaine...great that the scale is moving in the right direction...stay strong and keep up the good work and you'll have an amazing report on monday.....
glad a few of you are partaking in the milk challenge...i have had milk 3 nights in a row after working out....last night i even enjoyed it with some dble stuff oreos AND i still had over 200+ calories left for the day...woooohoooooooo......looking forward to seeing some weights reported over the next few days to add to our total....anyone else want to make a guess how many total pounds our group will lose by the end of our challenge??????????????????

Hello! If it is not too late to start up with you guys, I would love to join this challenge! I have been battling with my weight, going up and down, up and down. -.9 for the week. I will take it. With way less working out than normal I'm happy to see any downward movement at all...I'm pretty sure if I could've gotten all this crap to drain out of my sinuses I would've been a pound lighter!
No way I was participating in your gross out milk challenge...but I did manage to work in 240 squats, 240 pushups, and 120 lunges in the past two days...so there is that.
