Can I join? I have been doing this site on and off for about 1.5 yrs and haven't really lost much! I really need the motivation from others and the accountability. I would like to set a goal of 1 lbs a week and hopefully that'll take me under the big 2-0-0!

Monday Tuesday and Wednesday
I have done 35 pushups each night
And 35 crunches each night !0 -
Starting today on the challenge I will do 300 of each to get them done~~

I'm happy to say I lost 1.8 this week. I need to start working on the exercising though, I really didn't do anything this week.

Hello Everyone!! My name is Tammy and I hope I'm not too late for this challenge, I just stumbled on it and I think it sounds great!
My starting weight is 235 and I'd like to be in onederland by the Fourth of July! I know thats a big goal, 2.5 lbs a week. So in order for it to be challenging but not daunting I'm gonna set my goal for 1 1/2 lbs a week. For a goal of 21 lbs off (214). I will do the mini challenges as well, as best as I can. Crunches are no problem and neither are the jumping jacks but I was just looking into doing the 100 pushup challenge and found that it really hurts my right wrist to even do the girl ones (That is also why I dont do the Downward Dog in yoga). But I did read about wall push ups and I think I can start with those to see if I can strengthen my wrist. I'm not gonna risk doing any damage tho so we will see how it goes. Thanks for comming up with this!
Another thing you might want to try is push up bars, or using dumbells as push up bar. I have a lot of problems with my left wrist. When using the push up bar you don't have your hand flat on the ground so this means you can have your wrist striaght.0 -

I am very happy to report that even though I have been sick as a dog and totally bailed on the gym this week...I lost 2.2 lbs.
Because I can't breathe, making the gym a lofty idea...I killed it on my bathroom break squats and wall push ups yesterday..180 squats and 120 pushups...I am really feeling it in my glutes this week which is awesome!

@ nolachick...sorry if i missed the post but is there an ongoing challenge going apart from the weigh ins?
we have been challenged by sarah to do pushups, jumping jacks and crunches this week....each pick your goal for the week and from monday 2/21-sunday 2/27 do what you set your goal as....some are doing other things too like squats and other stuff....just do what you can and keep an eye out for a new challenge on monday from someone...not sure who yet LOL....0 -

Hi Nola! Yeah, we're all doing as many jumping jacks, sit-ups, and push-ups as possible until Sunday, 3/27. Do what you can, there was no set # to strive for.
Also, today I weighed in and it was the same as last week, 276.2 :grumble: Oh well, it's better than gaining I guess. Going to work extra hard this upcoming week to get that # down! As far as the challenge goes, I keep forgetting about it! :laugh: I created it and I can't seem to remember to do it. Every night I feel like I'm forgetting something and it doesn't hit me until the next morning when I'm at work. Well, today, I'm going to get in some small bursts of jumping jacks and wall push-ups at work (10-20 at a time) and have at least 100 of each done by the end of the day. Tonight I'll work on the sit-ups at home. I ABSOLUTELY WILL complete 300 of each by the end of day Sunday!

Okay, so I just stumbled upon this challenge and I think it's great!
I know I'm late, but is there any way I can still join?
I weigh 139 right now, last week I was 140.2
By July 4th, I'd love to be 129. It's a 10 lb loss for 15 weeks.
It's perfect because my boyfriend and I will be going to Napa Valley
for our anniversary right around that time. I'd love to be slimmer by then!0 -

here's what i have so far....remember you need to give your first weigh in sometime between 3/24 and 3/28 to get on the chart...if i dont hear from you in THIS thread, i'm dropping you from the list...the list is TOOOO big for me to be hunting up weights....i will finish updating the spreadsheet by monday midday so if you dont have a weight reported im not including you in our totals....looks good so far...keep up the great work and hope to see some more weights soon...
