please give a "START" weight sometime before 3/21....
then please report your weight for the "FIRST" weighin by 3/28....and then subsequently by the following monday of each week...you can have your weigh in day anytime before the monday that fits into your schedule and you can report it whenever you want...i will just take your most recent weigh in and update the chart for tuesday of each week...
so please look forward to a chart tuesday showing all our START weights for this awesome challenge....0 -

here is the link to the google spreadsheet..you all can view it but not make changes or enter weights....i'll update as i get the weights on this thread...i'm on my computer all day at work so i'm pretty good about keeping track....please note, the formulas are not right now cause i dont have everyone's start weight but we'll get there eventually LOL...0 -

My starting weight is 158.2
My goal weight is 144.
That is 14.20 lbs- .92 lbs a week. I believe I can do it IF I stay focused, with this groups help.

Denise offered me to set up our first challenge this week. So I've been thinking about it all day and came up with a little mix. It's all physical tests. Complete as many jumping jacks, push-ups (can be modified i.e. wall, knees, etc.), and sit-ups (crunches are okay too) as possible.
Personally, I'm going to attempt 300 of each throughout the entire week. We won't begin until Monday, March 21, since that's the last day to "weigh-in." So just think about what you can do, modify them if you need to, but don't be afraid to PUSH YOURSELF!!!
Very excited to get to know all of you and drop this weight together!

Hi there! If its not too late I would absolutely LOVE to join in! I have always wanted to try a group challenge.
My Starting weight is: 157.0
Goal Weight for July 4th: 135
That's 22 lbs, I think I can do it! Its about a pound and a half per week... We'll see!

Yikes seeing those numbers is kinda scary! I think I can do it though! And I think my goal for the challenge will be to do 30 of each exercises (jumping jacks, girl push-ups, and crunches) every day next week.

Ugg! I hate divulging my weight as it is a huge source of embarrassment for me. Here goes: 202. Hoping to lose at least 10. i'm a slow loser but at least the scale is going in the right direction.0

I'm in! Never posted b4 or participated in a challenge... Very excited tho, because July 4th was my goal date! Starting weight is 204. I want to lose 24 pounds by July 4th; a little more than 1.5/week.0

I would like to join - I will post my starting weight tomorrow - I try to weigh on either Saturday or Monday, depends on how hectic my Saturdays are.
I like the water for week one - (80 ounces minimum) - that was the first challenge my husband had in a group he is in locally...0 -
My starting weight is 245.4 - Goal by July 4 is 210. I know that's over 2 pounds per week, but lately I've been losing 2 - 2.5 pounds a week, so if the trend continues, then it may happen!
I eat 1300 - 1500 calories per day, but exercise a lot lately and with summer coming, exercise is bound to increase with outdoor activities with my girls.0 -
3/19 challenge starting weight -- 336. I'm kind of interested to see where I'll be on July 4. It can only be less. :flowerforyou: Now to get through hotel menus during next week's business trip. Hope they're ready for a picky eater! Cause with the progress I've made so far, I've become the PICKIEST!!0

Yah - I'm joining in. Sounds like a great challenge. Bluiz - I'll give you my starting weight tomorrow first thing a.m. I usually weigh in on Tuesdays, but I'll change to Mondays. I'll provide my goal then, too. I know I'm shooting for 1lb / week, though.
The weekly challenge - I'll try daily for:
15 push-ups (regular ones)
50 crunches
120 jumping jacks
