I'm averaging about 1300 steps a day so far. I work in a kitchen so I'm running around for a good portion of the day.

1600 is the amount of calories MFP calculated for me. My fitbit is telling me that I've earned 1200 from exercise. I'm definitely not going to eat an extra 1200.

I have the same concern at 29! Hopefully it'll shrink. I think losing the weight slowly will give your skin time to shrink.

I second that! What's the point of being skinny if you still don't feel good. I'd rather be slightly overweight and feel good than thin and have no energy.

This might sound kooky but my chiropractor said it's because the pressure points in your feet are being stimulated. In some people it can make them have to go to the bathroom. Just the electricity in your body being moved. Don't know if it's true but......who knows.

I have the same problem. I tend to take care of everyone else then by 10 I'm wondering why I'm so hungry. Oh yah, I didn't eat breakfast. I've never been a breakfast kind of person anyway. So yes I know how you feel. You just need to make eating first thing a priority.

I know. I think I'm addicted to counting calories now. It just takes the guess work out of loosing weight. Not only does it help you lose the weight, it also helps you to realise that you need to eat better. It would be wonderful to have my meals delivered, but i can't afford it. It just seems wrong to think that i can just eat what i want and still loose weight....as long as i stay within my calories for the day. Counting calories makes me think more about what i eat though. I can eat a lot of healthy food or a little junk…

I was just wondering if anyone is on a specific diet. I've been just eating what i would normally. Is it just about the calories or do i need to start paying attention to fat and carbs too. It would be fantastic if i could just count the calories!
