YES, YES, YES!!! I was frustrated because I was not loosing and I was STRICT about my 1200 calories (or eating less) and then I just stopped loosing for about two weeks. I read some posts that made sense and I have now upped my calories to about 1350-1450 and I am back to loosing 1.5 pounds a week! I agree with the above…

I recommend reading the "newby thread" in this section. I was in the same situation although I did pleatu and then I read some posts on here that suggest eating more and you will still loose the weight. I "upped" my calories to 1350-1450 and I am still loosing about 1.5 pounds a week and I don't feel like I am starving!…

Good Job! I have also hit that plateu and just recently changed my calories and upted my exercise a little! I hope I have the same great results. Persistence pays off!!! :flowerforyou:

Good job, way to resist temptation!!! I have a 'fast metabolism man' myself. It makes it a little harder, especially when his "soft spot" is peanut butter cups!!
-
I bought the peanut butter and WAS NOT IMPRESSED. It was a waste of money for me! But, some people may like it!

There are also some "Sugar Free" cake mixes out there now. That should drop the calories by some! http://www.pillsburybaking.com/products/ProductDetail.aspx?catid=295&prodid=1038

I especially agree with the last line!!

I agree! Rine very well, then boil them in a pan for a few minutes. Boiling might help with the "rubberband" texture. I put some "light Alfredo" sauce on mine with brocolli and or zuccini and mushrooms and sprinkled with a little parmesan and it was Yumo!

This is how I found them.. http://www.house-foods.com/Tofu/tofu_shirataki_store.aspx Hope it helps!

They are a great substitute for noodles! Very low calorie! I eat the whole bag (40 cal)! I would recommend rinsing them very well and draining them to get rid of as much water as you can. I just warm them in a pan (with some cooking spray) and add some pasta sauce and veggies! Nom Nom!!
