If you like Beachbody programs generally - then I'd say it's definitely worth it. I'm in the UK and can't get the 'all access' option -- but wish I could!! I have the 'regular' version (ie not all 'premium' workouts) and I use it regularly. It still gives me access to lots of great programs and so I get variety when I need…

I tried one of the workouts on Beachbody on Demand and enjoyed. Will definitely be considering adding it to my collection!

WooHoo - week 1 of Alpha complete. I am surprised by how much I really enjoy the workouts. The 25 minutes fly by. I modify a bit but work up a good sweat and push as hard as I can. Tomorrow is 'Stretch' but I think I'll replace it with one of my regular yoga videos instead. Holderh1 - no advice for your sore feet I'm…

It's not all about that number -- so don't lose heart. Just keep eating within your calorie targets and working out regularly and you'll reach your goal. Unfortunately we aren't always rewarded as quickly as we'd like! Just finished day 1 of T25. Modified some bits but worked up a sweat and feel great. :)

The price for the workouts is about the same as other Beachbody programs - so for me the 'tupperware' didn't figure into my purchasing decision one way or the other. Beachbody programs are more expensive than many (and clearly not free like Youtube!) but I tend to like the trainers, and the variety they offer. In the 21…

I don't use the containers either. I have used the portion split guidelines though (quite loosely) to help me structure daily menus but I stick with weighing food and logging it that way.

21 Day Fix is a workout program. Yes it has containers you can use for portion control if you want to (or just count calories; whatever works) but it's the workout program I'd guess people are mostly talking about in the Fitness and Exercise section. I liked the workouts and I liked Autumn's calm professional style as a…

Thanks!! I'll report back after my first workout. :)

Hellooo fellow T25-ers. I'm back from Canada and will start T25 on Monday the 10th. I'm nervous - I'll definitely be modifying a lot - but I'm really excited about challenging myself to complete the full 10 weeks. WooHoo!
-
I'm starting on October 10th so I'll join in. (Would start earlier but I'll be on holiday the first week of October - and there is no way I'll be starting then!) I am super nervous about it -- but I want the challenge and the 10 weeks will take me up to my next holiday at Christmas. I have about 30 pounds left to lose. I…

I'm doing 21 Day Fix at the moment and enjoying it more than I thought I would! I generally hate all workouts that aren't walking, running or dancing so finding that I don't hate it is a real bonus. My plan is to do 6 weeks of this - and then maybe try T25. I love CIZE - started doing it in February and completed the 6…

Exactly. Even got up at 5.45 today to squeeze in a Country Heat session before I went to work. Crazy!! :) Only slightly related to Country Heat - just got in from a gig. Went to see Margo Price who was a-ma-zing. Loved it. Small venue here in London so we were standing at the front of the stage. Took along a Romanian…

If you want to check out the routines for Cize and see if you'd enjoy them - Shaun T has posted videos of him and his husband dancing three of them. (Disclaimer - I do not look remotely cool when I do them. I am not a dancer. But in my head - I am making those moves work!!) I found that the first couple of times attempting…

The Cize format is quite different. The workout is geared to learning a full routine so that you learn the first step of the routine, then you learn the second, then the third. Each time you learn a new step you then do the whole routine up to that point 'from the top' a few times. Then learn the next step, a few more…

You say it like cheesy is a bad thing!!   Off to complete day 4!

I got Country Heat last week and I just finished day 3. So far I'm enjoying it. I do like country music though so keep that in mind! I did Cize earlier this year and really loved it (still do it in fact) and the approach in this one is quite different. You don't learn routines, you just learn steps - dance them for a bit…

I found the workouts would be as energetic or 'easy' as I wanted them to be - that's one of the things I love about them. Sometimes I focus on learning the steps and getting them right, other times I just go for it and let the steps fall where they may!!! :) The first time I attempted any of the dances I thought "I'll…

I'm really surprised your mom was on such a low points value. The lowest WW points was 26 per day (about 1040 calories), plus 49 points for the week (to be spread out however you like) (280 per day if you spread them out evenly) plus all the fruit/veg per day (I'd say another 250 calories for that) so the minimum points…

I'm definitely no dancer but I love the workouts and find the time flies by when I'm doing them. They vary in length 30 - 50 minutes depending on the routine.

I'm in the UK and there were two extra dances available when you ordered or from Amazon (and I expect Beachbody!) after. http://www.amazon.co.uk/CIZE-Weight-Loss-Series-DVDs/dp/B012BTELJI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1459529082&sr=8-2&keywords=cize Apparently there are even more new dances on Beachbody on Demand as of today -…

I love CIZE!! BUT - when I bought the set last August I tried it once and just let myself feel too self conscious about how I looked and what I was doing wrong and put it aside. I only went back to it in February when Shaun T hosted a challenge group which I joined. This time I just reminded myself that no one could see me…

I love CIZE!! I've been doing it for 4 weeks now and although I am an old white woman - and dance like one - I have definitely improved. I love the way Shaun T breaks down the steps. The first dance is the easiest and they get more complicated as you progress. Every time I start a new routine I think - I'll never get this…

If you don't want to lose weight then eat at maintenance. Enjoy the workouts!

I'm doing CIZE at the moment and loving it. I am NOT a dancer in any way - but as others have said Shaun T breaks down the moves and teaches them at a slower pace. It takes practise but each time you do the routine you get better. I find the time flies by and I often want to do the routine again when I've finished.
-
I started CIZE recently and love it. I'm 189 pounds now and when I started I found the first video a challenge and struggled to finish it. But stick with it. I got a little better each time and have now completed it in full 4 times. I've got the moves down -- well in an older woman sort of way. Let yourself go and…

Regarding the 'free fruit' thing - WW points are set assuming 200-300 calories of fruit /veg will be consumed on average. They do say you should use fruit and veg to help keep you satisfied - not that you should just eat tons of it for free. I used WW for a while and double tracked out of interest and my calorie intake…

bitgym http://www.bitgym.com/ is a great app that does exactly that. It uses your phone's camera to determine your page and you 'walk/run/cycle' along a trail at that pace. I love it. The free version limits how often you can use it (if I recall correctly - I've paid for unlimited usage.) I hook my phone up to my large…

Well, I've never done a class - but if they are structured the way the DVD workouts are then I actually think you'd have more chance of 'getting it' with Cize than Zumba. The Cize workout builds up the dance over the workout - so you learn the first step, do it a few times slowly, then do it at tempo a few times. Then you…

I've got Cize - having a lot of fun with it but I don't think I'll ever make it past 'backing dancer'!!!

I have a monthly maintenance day - which I find gives me lots of scope for eating things that I normally wouldn't have the 'budget' for. I log everything because that keeps me focused and stops it from becoming a binge (which I have been prone to all of my life). I also try to keep a note of those things that I find a bit…
