Starting T25 in October, looking for buddies

I am finishing up 30 day Shred. Planning to start Shawn T, T25. I am excited to start the program on October 1st. I am 5'3 and currently weight 170. I am looking for buddies who are interested in doing T25. Please add me so we can support each other.

I'm starting on October 10th so I'll join in. (Would start earlier but I'll be on holiday the first week of October - and there is no way I'll be starting then!)
I am super nervous about it -- but I want the challenge and the 10 weeks will take me up to my next holiday at Christmas.
I have about 30 pounds left to lose. I don't think that will happen in 10 weeks but hope this will give me another push towards my goal.2 -
My T25 has been gathering dust for over a year. This sounds like a great way to stay motivated!4

I just restarted the Alpha round. I considered starting in October but I figured now was a good a time as any. I had GREAT results and was able to maintain for over a year. Finished Day 1, this morning. Feel free to add me so we can check each others menus.1

I am nervous as well as excited. Will be posting weekly stats here 10/1 T25 Cw -168.6 Photos done Chest 38, waist 35, hips 42 bum-42 Right thigh 26, left thigh -26 Right arm -14, left 14
Successfully completed day 1.Lot of jumping and cardio. It took some time to get into that rhythm. Once started it was fast.1 -
Completed total body circuit. Couldnt do a lot of plank and push ups but still proud that i finished0

Hellooo fellow T25-ers. I'm back from Canada and will start T25 on Monday the 10th. I'm nervous - I'll definitely be modifying a lot - but I'm really excited about challenging myself to complete the full 10 weeks.

It's not all about that number -- so don't lose heart. Just keep eating within your calorie targets and working out regularly and you'll reach your goal. Unfortunately we aren't always rewarded as quickly as we'd like!

I'm currently in week one of alpha (starting t25 for the second time - I worked through it last year) but I am struggling with work / life balance so would love to join this group!0

I'm also going to start up again. However, my feet stay terribly sore while doing the workout, to the point that they feel bruised. I am careful with my landing and I'm trying to do it just as they do on the video. I'm landing on my toes. I have brand new asic shoes, which help, but not completely. I'm flat footed. Any tips?0

WooHoo - week 1 of Alpha complete. I am surprised by how much I really enjoy the workouts. The 25 minutes fly by. I modify a bit but work up a good sweat and push as hard as I can. Tomorrow is 'Stretch' but I think I'll replace it with one of my regular yoga videos instead.
Holderh1 - no advice for your sore feet I'm afraid. The only time I had that feeling of bruised feet it was the beginning of plantar fasciitis -- hope that isn't the case for you. But it might help to do some of the exercises recommended for PF (like rolling a frozen water bottle under your feet) to help anyway.

Hey hey! I've had T25 for a couple of years and it's my fave 'reset' programme when trying to get back into fitness. I've started again this morning, anyone feel free to add me!
Holderh1 I get the same problem for the first couple of workouts but it seems to go after a few days, stick with it and modify when needed!0 -

Wondering how you guys are doing on T25. In the first week I hard time with Cardio but then later on Total body circuit has been the one that gets me. What has been your favoruite or less fav workouts in the Alpha phase.0
