I'm also a postpartum momma if you want to add me.

Have you looked at the Dia Method? It's a workout program designed specificlaly for DR issues.

I'm approaching my third trimester, but feel free to add me! I'm happy to add support as I can.

To be honest, I haven't even been logging my weight gain into MFP. I suppose I should but I never really think about it. I use it more to log food and make sure I'm getting the right nutrients, calories, water intake, etc. I can't wait to hear what you decide to do!

I plan to start in July. We're doing a newborn diaper rental to get us started and then we'll move on to purchasing them. I would appreciate any advice on where to get them inexpensively. Thanks!

I'm due in late July and just had my 24 week appointment yesterday. I'm up 16lbs, which seems like a lot but I did go on vacation last week, and I don't look like I've gained anything at all. The midwives are really happy with my gain so I guess I have to get over it. I am worried about the heat but mostly because I don't…

I'm 20 weeks. I don't measure weekly but I do check in every time I go to my midwifes office. As long as it's reasonable and they're happy, I don't get too worked up. I had lost 20lbs before the baby (not why I was losing the weight) but it took a lot of time to take that off so I don't want to go crazy. I haven't been…

I'm new to the group and would love some new friends who are on the same journey as me. Prior to getting pregnant I lost 20lbs to be a very healthy 120-122. I'm currently 18 weeks and although my workout of choice is walking outside it has been too cold and too dark for that lately. I do AquaZumba at least once a week and…

Buffalo Wild Wings - All of it.

I do Pilates a few times a week and I really like Ellen Barrett! I have done quite a few of her videos and really like all of them. Kristin McGee also has some good videos. If you have an iPad she has a few free ones on her app.

Yes absolutely! I'll add you. I'd love to talk about this more. It really worries me.

I try to do Pilates 2-3 times a week and i has really helped me shape my body and lose weight. I'm down 12lbs, and that's my primary exercise (although obviously I watch what I eat). I really like Ellen Barrett because she does almost Pilates plus. It's got a bit of everything and it keeps me energized and focused. Good…

I'm always sure to wear my Road ID bracelet. They're pretty cheap and it has all my allergy and contact information. If you get the more advanced one you can load all your medical information on it too.

I do indeed like white wine. I usually just have it if my calories permit it. It hasn't hindered my weight loss yet and its been delicious! ;-)

I've been set up to do 1/2lb a week since I started MFP. I've been very happy with it because it helps me to make life changes instead of just losing quickly. I've lost 12lbs and I feel much, much better. Good luck in whatever you decide.

Welcome! I just sent you a friend request.

French onion soup was my biggest surprise. I figured the cheese and croutons would be bad but all together its terrible!

I'm 27 and was looking to lose 12. I'm already down 7 and its well worth it. Good luck!

I had absolutely no dietary issues after surgery. I aet soft, low in fat foods as a precaution, but I probably would have been fine with anything.

There have been a few things: 1. Pilates! I really like Ellen Barrett's videos and have done quite a few of them now. 2. Realizing what was in my food and how many calories things were. I was amazed at how unhealthy some of the "health" foods I was eating were. I don't workout every day, but I do keep strict count of my…

Great questions! 1. Did you eat the number of calories that MFP recommended to lose max weight or something higher? If more, how much more? MFP recommends that I eat 1490 every day and I generally eat about that with the exception of one cheat day a week. 2. Did you eat your exercise calories back or not? If I'm hungry, I…

I struggle with this too because travel a lot for work. Usually I plan ahead of time (if I can) and I control whatever meals I can. I'll either do a low calorie breakfast and then eat out for lunch and dinner and/or I'll wake up and workout before I leave so I have a little wiggle room on my calories. We went out to dinner…

Good luck. Feel free to add me, both of you!

That just happened to me this week and it was so exciting! A few people know I've been working out so they have been holding me accountable but for someone else to notice was great. Keep up the good work, all.

Awesome, thanks!

Hello! I just joined the group. I got the Pilates bug a few months ago. I've been doing Ellen Barrett's videos and just bought her Skinny Sculpt video. I try to do Pilates once or twice a week and add in Aqua Zumba, and a few other exercises. So far I've really benefited from it. Would love to hear success stories. Feel…

I started doing Pilates 5 months ago and I love it! Give it a try and see what you think! Feel free to add me.

I really enjoy Ellen Barrett's workout series because it combines pilates, weights, etc. I really recommend trying some out first. Netflix has a great selection in its streaming video section. I'm going to check out my local library too! It's nice to get a little variety. Feel free to add me.

I am hoping to get between 130-135. Feel free to add me!
