  • Getting ready to do core 20 and stretch 40...my least favorite, but I'm following the schedule to a T so I get the best results possible. I don't have a heart monitor yet, how much do you guys usually burn when you do the core 20 and stretch 40 together?

  • Tomorrow is my first 55...a tad scared, but excited at the same time. My husband will peek in on my TurboFire workouts sometimes and he is amazed at how hard it looks (makes me proud of myself :-))
