When I go out to have a few drinks, I don't count calories. I just go to have fun! If I notice that I've had a couple of juice based drinks, I switch to vodka & soda. My decision is totally based on what cereal I buy lol! Healthier cereals go well with plain unsweetened almond milk and if I'm doing something like lucky charms...well. Cow milk all the way!

It's hard because they are EVERYWHERE! LOL don't be so hard on yourself. I eat fresh foods when I can, but you better believe that there are more than a few frozen meals in my freezer :-)

Well, I joined in feb 2012 and so far I've lost 30lbs. I'm sure that would make some people crazy, but it's kind of perfect for me. While I think I'm on a plateau (boo hoo) I'm not too stressed about it. I've made great progress and even if it's not fast - it's still progress :-)

It just depends from day to day. If I'm hungry, then definitely! If not, I'll skip them. But it does probably make a difference that my exercise is yoga & walking as opposed to ninja cardio ;-)

Booze! I don't drink often and when I do, it's not much - but I like a good bourbon. It's not exactly low cal though. ALTHOUGH! Those smirnoff? sorbet low calorie vodkas are pretty great with a fresca

I used to weigh multiple times a day too! Think of yourself as your own personal science project and don't let it get you down. :-) That being said, go with what the scale says in the morning!

Agreed - honestly, if you're working up a sweat doing housework - you're definitely doing something!! And if you're doing light cleaning but still want to count it, I would...BUT I wouldn't eat those calories back unless I were really truthfully hungry

It's actually on here somewhere! This is one of the reasons I really like my fitbit. I don't usually track things like housework because the fitbit is tracking it for me... (unless I'm doing something crazy like moving furniture or boxes - then I'd add it)
