More...usually between 3-5 lbs heavier right before my cycle and i notice it comes back off about a day after my cycle ends...its water retention.

The best thing is to take measurements. For example that way you can see oh ok I lost 3 inches from my waist and 2 from my hips. I've found that I notice the most in my face. You're doing awesome so keep up the good work. Don't get discouraged just because you can't see it.

When I exercise i burn between 900-1000 calories in a workout...so I eat will eat back about 100-200 calories for a preworkout snack...like 1tbsp of peanut butter and 5 saltines but thats normally about it. I've lost 25lbs over 5.5 months.

I like animal crackers you can have 16 crackers for only 120 cal and 2 grams of fat.:happy:
