Male 5'4" 170lbs Deadlift Max 305lbs. Form is everything. Take your time at lower weights to learn the proper way to deadlift. Don't do deadlifts more than twice a week.

I will start this with you. Because of my shoulder injury I cant do much besides simple calisthenics and cardio routines... no weight lifting for me for quite a while.

If you're not careful with what sandwich you order it'll be loaded in sodium and carbs. Stay away from ham, salami, most cheese, most dressings. Honey Mustard and Light Mayonaise are my guilty pleasures - but even they arent the worse for you. Turkey is probably your best bet when it comes to meats. Stick with wheat breads…

I have recently found out I have degenerative tendinosis in my shoulder and I have to really limit what kinds of workouts I do. Is this 30 day shred good for guys to do?
