  • I think 3600 calories, or something close to that, equals one pound. so you could do it yourself, if you coffee creamer was 40 cal, 40x2= 80 80x365=29,200 29,200/3600=8.11111 So 8lbs. But that's if you were going over your calories on a consistent basis.
  • Jello's Mousse Temptations are really good and they are only 60 calories. I also just discovered a treat at Trader Joe's. It's called Gone Bananas and its individual slices of frozen banana dipped in chocolate. 6 slices is 120 calories. I usually only have 2 at a time, they are a super yummy little treat!
  • I'm on day 5 of level 2 and it's a killer. So hard but so worth it! You can definitely feel a difference. Be prepared to be very sore in the beginning, just power through it and you'll get stronger.   • I found I have to weigh myself everyday to stay on track, I think it's up to the individual on what works best for them. If you feel like you want to try once a week go for it, if you find it's too stressful to wait, go back to once a day. Don't let it dictate your mood though!
