How many pounds you gain from eating a certain amount of calories. Like if I drank (I gave it up) coffee creamer twice a day in my coffee how many extra pounds would I have in a year because of that?

One pound of fat is about 3500 calories. Take the number of creamers you use in a day, multiply by how many calories are in one, and then multiply that by 365. Divide the total by 3500, and voila! That's how many pounds you could lose in a year by cutting out coffee creamers, theoretically.0

it's pretty simple math to do on your own.
scientifically speaking, 3500 calories = 1 pound.
if you cut out coffee creamer, and it has, let's say, 10 calories per serving, and you drink coffee twice a day, every day, that's 20 less calories you're taking in. so, theoretically, if you multiply 20 by the number of days in a year, 365, that's 7300 calories you're saving from not drinking the coffee creamer, which will convert into close to 2.10 pounds.

My creamer has 15 calories per serving and I use two servings a day. 30 x 365/3500 = 3.128 pounds a year.0

I think 3600 calories, or something close to that, equals one pound. so you could do it yourself, if you coffee creamer was 40 cal, 40x2= 80 80x365=29,200 29,200/3600=8.11111 So 8lbs. But that's if you were going over your calories on a consistent basis.0
