I am 4'11 and just finish week 1 day 2 this afternoon. I always set the treadmill on random program which has variety of inclines through out the time set. I normally walk between 4.3-4.5 mph and run 5.3-5.6 depending on my energy. I agree with what other people has post when I run on a incline it feels so much better then…

I started W1D1 today and I love it. :) Next step is to sign up for a 5k in my area for May or June!

I ride the bike for 7 miles which normally takes me about 30 mins then I hit the weight machines for about 45 minutes!

I enjoy working out by myself. So I can go at my own pace :)

I agree this past week has been C-R-A-Z-Y!!!! I have ten pounds to loose has well. time to buckle down and do some form of workout a day n eat healthy are my goals! :smile:

My goal for the week is just to eat healthy and continue drinking my 8+glasses of water and burning 500+ calories. I only have today till Friday morning to get a good workout since we are flying out Friday at noon for vacation which I am so excited about but I know I am going to bomb eating healthy and def. working out :)…

I agree first starting my weight loss journey I struggle with drinking water because I hated the taste and rather have had a soda. I was so addicted to soda I went to sonic two-three times a day for a route 44 cherry dr pepper.. but now I can honestly say I love water n hate the taste of soda. It took a lot of hard work…

8 glasses of water a day is always my goal and always successfully achieve it but today has been hard I blame it on running around like crazy and getting all the boxes pack for moving tomorrow!

I am on day 2 level one of 30 day shred and also thinking about doing slim in 6 by beachbody tomorrow to see which one I like better so one of those then walking/running (still learning) and going to start using my bike trailer for my kids and ride my bike

I am obsessed with weighting my self 3 times a day knowing in my head the # on the scale is going to go up has the day progress :/ I think from know on I am going to weight my on a certain day and then have my husband put the scale in his truck so I don't feel tempted to step on it haha!

I will join u too! I just gotta figure out how much calories I burn doing Jillian Micheal 30 day shred. (anyone know how to figure out calories burn during this workout dvd? ) so I figure out what else to do if I don't get to 500 calories.
