What's your favorite workout routine?

Hi! I am just curious what the rest of you are doing for your workout routines. I am running and it is definitely working well for me, but I am always curious about what else can be done.

I really enjoy going to classes at the gym because then I can kinda lose myself in the workout and just focus on the instructor and getting the moves down! I do step classes, and hot iron - which is an all body workout!

I mix my cardio up with elliptical training, cycling and just started running! I get bored really easily so constantly need to have new goals or new things to do otherwise I don't want to workout anymore!

I mostly run, but have started taking Pilates classes once or twice a week for all over fitness and core strength. I also try to do a short dumbbell routine at least twice a week for my upper body (I like the old Arms & Abs of Steel workouts).

I am an interval training fanatic. I do a HIIT bootcamp several days/week but also do sprint intervals on the treadmill. While it has assisted in weight loss, it has TRULY done wonders for my conditioning/heart rate.

I'm not an outdoor's person, and my motivation level is easly manipulated, lol, so excerise DVD's work best for me. I tried going to the gym and taking classes but as soon as I "discovered" workout DVD's I'm actually accomplishing something.

I have to mix my workout up or I get bored. Every week is different depending on my mood. I workout at a gym that offers a variety of classes yoga, Pilate, body pump, body attack, body combat, cxworx, Zumba ,spin ect. I take all of these classes and others that are offered. I also workout with a personal trainer a couple days a week. The classes are my favorite because it pushes me harder then if I was doing the workout on my own.

Martial arts! I like it because I can do it super fast and full power to build strength and endurance, or I can go slow and work on my balance and form, and both are fantastic. I feel strong and capable doing it, and it gives me an amazing and interesting workout. :)

Swimming as much as I can, I love it so much I would swim everyday if I could, but I'll settle for 45-60 mins 3-4 times a week right now, zumba 1-2 times a week, or treadmill running/rowing/cycling or jumping rope for 20-45 minutes 2-3 times a week, strength training for 30 twice a week. If I can't do something go running for an hour or do a kick box/jump rope combo for 45-60 minutes.

Water aerobics - we have a fun bunch in our class. When the weather is good, I usually have to put time in working in the vegetable garden, this evening it was weeding.
