Thursday QOTD: Since youve started healthy eating, what are some alternative recipies you now use instead of an unhealthy one? For example i love pasta so instead of having lasagna with meat i now make a veggi lasagna to cope with not having the real thing.

Thurday QOTD: My favorite tool to use is the MFP app. Sometimes I'm out and don't have acces to a computer but I will always have access to my phone. :) Friday QOTD: What helps me stay on track is pulling up my MFP app in the morning and plan my meals early so that way I know how to stick to my meal plans.

Tuesday QOTD: My favorite actvity has to be running on the track and yoga. With running its easy for me to put on some headphones and run until I'm no longer stressing anyone or anything anymore. My biggest challenge is to eliminate my late night eating. I barely eat as it is but when i dont eat all day my body gets hungry around the early a.m times. So far im on a sleeping schdule so i wont be up late and im timing my meals.
