I'm another PCOSer that had NEVER EVER EVER had a natural period. I've gone to drs since I was 14 and they just kept putting me on BCP (birth control pills) and/or Provera. Cheese...I don't mind cheese made with 2% milk, but that's the only compromise! I DO, however, limit the amount...which is NOT something I did before. After reading all the other posts, I suppose I'm lucky that I'm not a drinker. :laugh: I'm not against it, just not my thing.

I also use Noom...although I only use it to keep track of mileage/time. I like that it shows a map and tells you audibly how far you've gone and how long it's been.
