I started doing p90 one week of 1-2 level and than 3 of 3-4 levels. Like a person mentioned earlier in the post, I also gained 3 pounds, but I noticed change in my body, so whats wrong? Let see what happen! This week I just started P90 Master and really excited! I also add the squats.

P90 x is really hard! So it depends on what you looking to do. For example, I started doing p90 because I'm looking forward to lose weight. Than I'm switching to p90 master after I get use to the work out and routine. So, p90x is more about muscles and getting/STAYING MORE fit, the reason why I didn't do it completely was…
